This policy applies to the website at quillatlas.uk and related editorial directory pages, including listing pages, journal entries, contact links, and nomination routes.

3. Personal data we collect

  • Contact data. Name, email address, venue name, role, and any details you provide when you email us, request a correction, request removal, or nominate a venue.
  • Editorial correspondence. Information needed to verify a listing, respond to a business owner, handle a correction, or maintain an internal audit trail for editorial decisions.
  • Basic technical data. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

4. Cookies and analytics

QuillAtlas does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural advertising tags, or session replay. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before or at the time those tools are enabled.

7. Processors and sharing
