QuillAtlas is an editorial directory. It provides general information about places, venues, categories, and local areas. Listings are curated and written for editorial purposes.

Nothing on the Site creates a contract between you and any listed venue. QuillAtlas is not a booking platform, marketplace, agent, venue operator, payment processor, or representative of any listed business.

3. Information only

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, medical, food-safety, accessibility, travel, or professional advice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but venues can change opening hours, menus, ownership, prices, accessibility provision, and services without notice. You should check important details directly with the venue before travelling, booking, ordering, or relying on a listing.

4. Editorial independence

QuillAtlas does not sell paid placements. Inclusion, ranking, wording, and removal decisions are editorial decisions. A venue may request correction or removal, but we are not obliged to publish any listing, nomination, comment, or submission.

5. User submissions

If you send a correction, removal request, nomination, email, or other submission, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit, verify, and retain your submission for operating, improving, and documenting the directory. This does not transfer ownership of your underlying rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, including text, layout, design, branding, source code, data arrangement, and editorial content, is owned by Magrathean UK Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, database right, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may access and view the Site for personal, lawful use. You must not copy, scrape, republish, reproduce, modify, sell, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the Site without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site unlawfully, fraudulently, or harmfully.
• Do not attempt unauthorised access to the Site, servers, or related systems.
• Do not introduce malicious code, overload the Site, or disrupt service.
• Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful material.
• Do not use automated scraping or data extraction without permission.
